If you're one of those who have a hard time explaining how the video, you can begin by studying the process of your own. You can seek and receive information while browsing the Internet, computer books, technology and information magazines.
Once you done that, you can easily explain the videoconference. To make people understand what is this new technology and means of virtual communication, you must:
1. Explain the definition of video conferencing.
By definition, video conferencing "refers to a relatively new means communications technology that involves voice and video to users that are connecting the different locations. Here, all parties should be talking to meet other face, as if they were all in the same room. People who videoconference will need a personal computer, a webcam, a microphone and a broadband Internet connection in order to make virtual communication work.
Here, participants or users can see and hear each other in real time, thus allowing normal conversations such as voice communications technology once the parties can see and hear people is what they said or done in the same time. Good bandwidth is needed for video conferencing to work and it is a duty that the computer a continuous high-fidelity voice and video to be able to maximize its potential.
2. Explain the need for video conferencing.
