Most televisions today can connect to computers / laptops box using a variety of connections such as VGA / RGB, DVI, HDMI, S-Video or RCA. The VGA connection will probably be easier to connect because it is the same as your computer screen. If you have a laptop, He is the head that you use to connect an external monitor.
