The software will be able to tell you all of the keys that they hit, what applications they ran and much more.
You can also set up the account where it will email you the log report. If you don't want it emailed you can also have it sent to a special website where you can look at it from anywhere. There are many options with this software and it's pretty inexpensive as well.
