Most us at one time or another are faced with situations that we can not change. Pressures of life we find him paralyzed and unable to function our best. We might have to deal with a sick child, financial setbacks, living in an unpleasant situation, or dealing with a physical disability.

Each day, make a list of things you must accomplish in this day and you'll feel more in control.
