Japanese green tea has been a big part of my weight loss 170 pounds and was essential for me in my long-term maintenance of my new body. Here's how I began:
In June 2005, I slipped and fell in my bathroom, hitting my face hard on the floor. I was shocked when I saw pictures of myself a few days later - not because of the big black eye and bruised face, but because of the size of my body! I looked like a huge blimp! I had to weigh nearly 300 pounds, if not more. It was my wake-up call and I major knew I had to do something fast. I had known I was fat, but I do not know what I was FAT.
I had to take the Japanese green tea by my inner guidance, he seemed to be showing up everywhere, so I started read many sites on weight loss and green tea and decided to give it a try - the only thing I had been losing over 150 pounds. I did some research and was impressed by the quality of green teas that have been made by a particular company, so I placed my first order. Even Lipton sells green tea these days, but I needed the real thing, straight from Japan, something with all the properties and benefits are still present in tea, and certainly not a lower quality or highly processed product. I had a long road ahead of me and I wanted to be sure of using the full force of weight loss to do things.
On August 15, 2005, I drank my first cup. Being overweight and yo-yo dieting can affect your body in many negative ways. Although I did not hear the scientific arguments about this, and I am certainly not a scientist, I am 100 percent sure that green tea regulated my menstrual cycle for the first time in many years, and am convinced he has a positive impact on my metabolism as well. A high quality green tea, when done correctly, is delicious. It nourishes my body in many ways - I do not feel hungry all the time and I am satisfied with the food much less. He helped me in so many others and I feel the difference immediately. There is much scientific evidence there, but I think the proof is in the results from my heart and I can stand behind weight loss and health benefits of Japanese green tea. In addition to my own inner guidance and using my mind to become thin, it is the nearest a magic pill that I found.
I started using tea bags, that excellent work. I usually drink two cups in the morning and then again in the afternoon. I like hot better and think it is the most for your body that way, but is as cold refreshing in hot weather. If I skip a day or two, I find my body, it thirsty! I will also sometimes add organic Goji berries in my green tea for a sweeter flavor and nutritional punch.
There are many different choices out there, but I highly recommend real Japanese green tea, as Uji teas that I found to be the best tasting and most effective. This is not a time to sell short and look good quick fix, such as green tea brand, grocery stores or green tea pills and supplements. I can only recommend the true substance, live from Japan, because that's what worked for me.
Now, almost five years later, I still drink my green tea almost every day and take care to make sure I never miss!
Besides weight loss, below are other health problems for which consumption green tea is reputed to be helpful:

- hypertension
- CVD
- lowers blood sugar
- Infections
- alteration immune function
- helps stabilize diabetes
- It makes your skin healthier and more beautiful
- aid weight loss
- slows the aging process
- deters food poisoning
- aids digestion
- encourages regularity intestinal
- offers a slight stimulating effect without causing sleepless nights
- prevent cavities and plaque fighting
As you can see, green tea is extremely beneficial in many ways. I can recommend it with all my heart for the loss of weight from my experience personal. Use your inner guidance and discover what your body says about drinking green tea.
