Most individuals prefer to lose weight without going to the gym or enrolling for aerobics sessions. There are two main reasons why - it is either they have no time for exercise or they don't want intense work outs.

• Walking - You don't have to use the treadmill to take off undesired calories. Walking around your house or outside will do the job for you. Forget about commuting in short distances. Walking doesn't just help you burn calories but also helps in saving your money.
• Cycling - Do you know those stationary bikes in gyms? It looks boring isn't it? And not to mention that it doesn't take you anywhere. Try doing the realistic way of cycling where you can go sight seeing and go from places to places. Many persons do this when going to school or at work rather than catching a cab or a bus. It doesn't just save your money and environment but also your calories are burned.
• Dancing - This is a very funny way to loose pounds. You don't have to be a professional dancer to do this. Lock yourself up in your room, tune up your stereo or any portable music players and start shaking up those fats to get out of your body. But if you really want to be a professional one, then sign up for any dance lesson of your interest. You just don't lose the calories but also enhance your skill.
