As a new user of the PSP, you probably ask the same question again and again on the functions and adaptability of the portable game console. In particular, how to transfer music to PSP is one of the things that users immediately apply. Transferring music on PSP involves simple procedures and will not be a problem. Even a beginner can do it as long as they are familiar with the PSP controls.
By following the procedures transfer music to the PSP, it must first be familiar with the format the PSP can recognize and play. A good conditioner with PSP firmware version 2.60 or higher will be able to play music in MP3, ATRAC3plus, MP4, WAV and WMA. Having a firmware version lower than 2.60 means that some music formats mentioned are not playable.
The second thing to remember is to use Memory Stick Duo instead of Memory Stick Pro Duo. Type memory card sooner work well with the best type of stick than Memory Stick Pro Duo for music files.
You will need some equipment, including the PSP, a computer, a Memory Stick Duo or Pro Duo and a USB cable with a Mini-B at one end.
Firstly, the Memory Stick is inserted into the appropriate slot, which is located in the left side of the portable game console. The number of music you record will depend on a PSP capacity storage device.
Once the USB is inserted, turn on the PSP. Connect the other end of the cable USB from the PSP to your PC or Mac. When you look closely at the USB cable, you will find that there is a Mini-B at one end and a USB connector Standard on the other side, it goes to the USB jack on the computer.
Once the PSP and the PC are connected, the search for the connection USB "Settings" in the PSP. Then press the X button Once you've pressed the button, the PSP will display the words "Fashion USB "and your PC or your Mac will recognize it as a USB storage device.
The next step is to drag and drop files image in a folder you already created. Its very similar to using other programs in a computer interface.
